There are a few things you can try to do if your created article is stuck in your inventory in Sims 4.

1. Try selling the article. To do this, go to your Sim’s phone and select “Sell Article.” From there, you can select the article you want to sell and choose a publisher. The publisher will then offer you a price for the article. You can accept or reject the offer.
2. Try deleting the article. To do this, go to your Sim’s inventory and select the article. Then, press the delete key on your keyboard.
3. Try resetting your Sim. To do this, go to the main menu and select “Reset Sim.” This will reset your Sim to their default state.
4. Try repairing your game. To do this, go to the Origin app and select “Library.” From there, right-click on The Sims 4 and select “Repair.”
5. Contact EA Support. If you’ve tried all of the above and your article is still stuck in your inventory, you can contact EA Support for help.
